Yes, I agree, Charles is in left field! Perhaps you were the one being difficult on the phone as I've been treated very well by the Domino's Pizza managers and staff, even when I did have a problem!!! Tsk tsk!
Prices are fair, pizza is good, service is great! I can even pay with my debit card from home - awesome!!!!
So glad Domino's is back in the Soo!

I'm not too sure 'charles' knows what he is talking about. But I'm guessing he is single lol. My partner and I order from Domino's all the time. Once we were told it would be about 35 mins. for delivery and it ended up taking ten minutes longer. (this was on Friday night at 6 p.m.) The delivery driver was apologetic and even gave us a free breadsticks for the mishap. Service as such does not come in large supply in this city as few business seem to care less and less about what their customers think. All in all we give it a 9 outta 10 !

Worst service ive ever had in my life, the manager was calling me buddy when i was expressing a complaint. I can see why the franchise closed the first time.

Domino's Pizza is by far the best pizza in town. I ordered on a Saturday night and the pizza was at my door within 20 minutes. The delivery driver was polite, well dressed and had correct change! The pizza was amazing hot and fresh:) Keep up the good work Domino's!

best tasting pizza in town, dispite what people might tell you. the sauce doesn't scorch in your stomach for hours like veerywhere else. Dominos and fratelli's are the only good pizza joints in the soo.

Best pizza in town. FAST, pleasant service - nice to see for a change in the Soo!
And we know good pizza. This is way better than the square pizzas that some people seem to think is so good.
I never thought I'd say it, but Domino's has really kicked their quality up a few notches. And did I mention FAST - our pizza gets delivered to us in 20 minutes even on Friday night.
