Was there mid January with friends-service was ok-all four meals poor.Prime rib was on special and was tasteless-seemed like canned veggies & gravy.This is the third time at Fresco-1st time good-2nd time not great-third and last time-lousy

The meal our family had at fresco was our first and last, there are two reason for someone to sit down and write a review and one is good and the second is bad, it is sad to say the five meals out of seven were not acceptable, one mael was sent back to the kitchen.

Great service, atmosphere, and fantastic food. Will be attending as often as possible, the family loves the food, and the service. Will recommend to anyone that wishes to have a great night out.

Went to dinner with 15 other family members, and we were all disapointed with the service, and food. When ordering we were told there were no scallops available, no Coors Light, No Canadian, and no mashed potatoes, though these were all featured on the menu. This was on a sunday, and we were the first in the dining room. We were provided only one server, who seemed a little overwhelmed by the size of the party. The food was cold, and the chicken parm that I had was extremely overcooked, and like rubber. We will most definitely not be returning.

I have ate at this restaurant many times. Last night we took my sister and husband out for an anniversary dinner and as usual everything was fantastic.
Meal was delicious and the service was great. I enjoy the variety of food and the portions are always great.

I had attended a retirement party here and received great service, excellent food and at a great price. I will highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for your professionalism Fresco Staff

Hi my name is David Guerreiro and I am the owner of Fresco European Grill (formerly the New Marconi Restaurant).
I am responding to an email that has been brought to my attention and I would like to clarify this isolated incident to those who have received it.
We have not instituted a new charge of 20% for group reservations. I had an isolated incident where one untrustworthy staff member managed to manipulate the computer system to add a rate to the bill. As a result of this, this server is no longer an employee of Fresco European Grill and the ability to access rates is no longer accessible on our computers.
The policy for large group bookings are handled by me directly and upon making the reservation the customer is made aware of what they will be charged for. There are absolutely no hidden costs to our customers. All large groups are welcome.
In response to the issue of not having the correct change at the time of paying your bill, this is not accurate. Our staff carry a float with them and if they run out of change, I will provide them with change. This has been a standard policy since the opening of my restaurant.
As a result of this unfortunate isolated incident, I am truly sorry. I would have hoped that the person who wrote the intial email would have contacted me directly so I could have rectified this situation without having to find out about this second hand.
It is truly upsetting to me as a business owner to have the actions of one dishonest employee tarnish my reputation and potentially affect my business.
I hope that this email will clarify most of the concerns that people may have regarding large groups. It is my hope that you may pass along this email, like the initial one you have received.
I look forward to having the opportunity to serve you in my restaurant in the near future.

Great food at reasonable prices - Like the Portuguese menu items too so not just Italian food!
