Panna has always provided wonderful food to their customers. An exception was when I ordered the sushi and they served avocado in the roll that was hard as rock.
I hope that these restaurants take a look at their reviews because I also agree with the cold and unpleasant service at Panna. It could be a much better restaurant if the staff just treated their customers with more appreciation, friendliness and respect. I am always apprehensive to go back to Panna because of this attitude. It makes me not want to return regardless of how good the food is.

I have been to Panna many times. The food is always wonderful tasty and delicious but the service is something to be desired. Cold, unfriendly and down right pretentious to the point of being provoked by non other than the owner/manager of the establishment. Even though the food is delicious I am sad to say that because of the service me and many of my friends will not be back.

I had to laugh at one of the reviews --said portions were too small for the price -- my suggestion eat at Macdonalds.
We found the food very well prepared using fresh ingredients, and the taste was out of this world -- portion size allowed us to try their scrumptious desserts -- well worth the price paid. We had friendly and attentive service and will definitely go there again.

Unbelievably expensive for the quality and quantity of food served. Service was almost non-existant when server realized that wine would not be purchased. There are MANY restaurants that are better than this in Sault Ste. Marie.

very bland environment, cold lighting and stiff service. portions were abnormally tiny, and the food was not great enough for the money.

Fabulous, time and time again. Always fresh and unique items to choose from. Homemade soups are over the top in flavour and deserts speak for themselves. Something new and creative on the menu to try each time I go.
