Tim Hortons (Great Northern Road)

I was at Tim Hortons today, Dec. 14, 2011, and since the drive thru was backed up I thought I'd run in and order. There were 2 women WAITING for their order when I walked in and no-one else. I stood in line (me, the only one waiting in line) and about 5 min. of watching all the workers behind the counter I was finally called up to be waited on. Ordered the new lasagne - a couple more customers came in and as I watched the cars go by in the drive-thru I thought I could have been thru the drive thru and home already by the time I received my lasagne. It was definitely NOT worth the wait!! This tastes like your chili except with "hamburger helper" noodles. What are your employee's doing behind that counter, cause they sure weren't waiting on me the way they should. Had a chit chat with another customer while he was Wayyyyyyyyyyyydinggggggggggggg for his coffee.

All Tim Horton drivethrus are terrible, never use them. Never get the order correct.

this location is without a doubt the absolute worse Timmies I've ever been to. I've gone there several times as their location is ideal, however I have not ONCE been able to leave with a coffee, nobody at the counter to ask me if I want one. I dont know how long the 2 or 3 people in front of me were there, perhaps months? I just leave shaking my head after a 10 minute wait and nobody, customers or staff at the counter.
