buddy and I sat down beside a table of 3 who were obviously waiting awhile to order...
we waited over 10 minutes for our server while the manager (who looked fresh out of high schoool) walked by us at least twice without a word...
Brutal
finally after waiting almost 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and take our order, the poor table of 3 sitting beside us still didnt get any service so they walked out for obvious reasons...
I left to the bathroom, came back and my order was on the table....theres no way chicken wings are done in 3 mins...they were obviously precooked and dunked in the deep fryer for a couple minutes...fries were gross

service was terrible....way too overpriced to watch tv on hard chairs...the novelty has worn off and soon so will the profits.

terrible service, takes 20 mins to bring a cup of water to the table, the kitchen staff seem to enjoy watching UFC or the Hockey game while we wait 50mins for our food. waitress seems to busy chatting with her friends. the food was cold, McDonalds has better fries. the wings were tiny, cold, and way over priced. the salad had a funny taste to it and the chicken i payed $5 for on my salad was gross and like rubber....i'v had better service and food at KFC, wacky wings is a joke! i'll never go back again. one of the only places where i had to pay $2 for extra sauce...does Ebenezer Scrooge own this resturant, what a bunch of cheap fucks!

Went here when they first opened up on Lake street (they were open approx. 5 months) Had to order wings & pizza for my son's 5th birthday--- Well...I had recieved some very troubleing news just earlier to going to wacky wings...so that was bothering me quite a bit.....I had to wait for the waitress to even notice me at the front- waited about 8 minutes for that....then she didn't even take my name, just phone number...& when I picked up my order there was an inappropriate description of me on my take out box! something like 'snobby girl' !!! I couldn't believe that someone would write that! Complained...& NEVER WENT BACK THERE AGAIN!!.....I used to work in the food industry...and I know that staff can sometimes 'talk/complain about a customer' to other staff ...but to write something like that on the customers take out?? that is completely wrong!! She had no idea what kind of day I was having...and I wasn't being 'snobby' I just couldn't force myselft to smile when I had such terrible news just an hour prior to entering the store.....people should never judge a person based on their looks or how they seem to be...you never know what they may have just gone through.....Terrible, Terrible service there...and the food wasn't all that great either!

I'm part of a theater group and we have frequented Wacky Wings after performances for years now. We have thrown a LOT of money their way. We are respectful, well-tipping customers. Last night we arrived after a performance and were treated so rudely by the manager, I assume. He physically blocked me from entering the restaurant to meet the rest of my friends and was extremely rude. Although the restaurant had a lot of space he refused to accommodate us, suggesting we sit "four people here, four people there" and then told us to "hurry up and decide because we were blocking the hockey game." We ended up leaving (there were 25 of us) and we went to The Water Tower Pub where they were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We will be frequenting that establishment from now on. I will never return to that Wacky Wings again. They lost at least $600.00 last night. They also lost repeat business. Great way to run a business!!

Great wings and friendly staff. Inform them of your food allergies, and they will try their best to accommodate! Good for families early on and a rocking sports bar/lounge later on. Have always had good experiences.

This place is amazing. I've been there probably 30 times, and have never been dissapointed. With over 75 flavors too choose from, I dotn know if I'll ever get to try them all. They add new flavors all the time.

Don't ever go to this place! We had the worst dinner the other night. The wings were reheated and they served "pints" of draft beer in little 12 oz. glasses. When we complained, the waiter sent over another glass with 4 oz. of beer in it! Can you believe it! We'll never return. This place is a rip off!
